Ankaralı genç sanatçı Ali Şentürk’ün ilk solo sergisi ”Benden Kimseye Bahsetme”
9-31 Ekim 2014 tarihleri arasında SODA’da.
”Benden Kimseye Bahsetme” sanatçının iki yıl önce kapattığı bloğunun adı. Blogda, sanatçının hayatının beş yıllık bölümünde yaşadığı, tanıklık ettiği ilişkiler üzerine çektiği kurgusal 35mm fotoğraflar yer alıyordu. Sergide yer alacak altı eser bu fotoğraflardan bir kaçının tuval üzerine aktarılmasıyla oluşan resimler. Yalın ve kesintisiz çizgiler tuvalin bir noktasında bitirilip tellerle tamamlanıyor. Tuvallerin üzerinden çıkan tellerin şekilleri ise o ana ait hislerin soyut bir şekilde ifade edilişi.
”Don’t Tell Anyone About Me” was the name of the artist’s blog before he closed it two years ago. In the blog the artist would share photographs of relationships that he experienced as well as witnessed during a five year period of his life. At this exhibition there will be six pieces of art on canvas transferred from those photographs. The artist starts with a simple and continuos line and completes it with wires which extend out from the white canvas. The wires extending out of the canvas are an abstract representation of feelings from those moments.
